notifyme (notifyme.am) sends alerts about tenders in Armenia. This page says what we store about you, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
What we store
Your email address or your Telegram chat ID, the language you chose, your filters (categories, regions, keywords, budget, sources) and how often you want alerts. We also keep a record of which tenders we sent you, so we never send one twice. We do not ask for your name, company or phone number.
Why
Only to send you the alerts you asked for and to let you change or stop them. We never sell or share your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long
While your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe (with the link in any email, the /stop command in Telegram, or by blocking the bot), we delete your email address or Telegram ID from our database at once and keep only an anonymous record that a subscription existed. A sign-up that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days. Our database backups may still hold these details for up to 30 days after that, and are then deleted.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, keeps 30 days of database history for recovery, sends our emails, and protects the form from bots (Turnstile). GitHub stores our weekly database backups for 30 days. Telegram delivers the bot's messages. Tender texts, which hold no personal data, are summarised with Anthropic's Claude. Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve the site and stop abuse; we do not store it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at support@notifyme.am. Unsubscribing deletes it from our database straight away, and from our backups within 30 days.
